The dormitories are located on the 2nd and 3rd level of the mansion. This is where the residents of the Mansion stay. Students and adults alike stay in these rooms, the students mostly staying on the 2nd floor with the adults staying on the 3rd floor.

The classrooms, located around the first floor, are used for various teachers (X-Men) to teach students like they would in a school.

The Danger Room is a specially designed room used for training students, especially those who plan to become future X-Men. It has special holographic technology that can create solid objects and various environments.

The library is located on the main floor like many rooms. Its fairly large, consisting of many shelves of books ranging from Astronomy to zoology and more. There are also video games and movies to take out of here, with a separate room inside for private study.

The Lounge and Kitchen are two large rooms connected to each other on the main floor of the mansion. The lounge has various furniture, from large couches to single seat couches, a coffee table, plasma screen TV and other small tabels and chairs. The Kitchen is just like any other kitchen you'll find in a typical household. It has a large dining table with lots of chairs and plenty of plates, bowls and other silverware.

These are a few fields around the mansion of various size and design. There are basketball fields, tennis courts, baseball fields. The fields aren't connected, rather, scattered across various outdoor places around the mansion.

The weight room is a room for residents of the X-mansion to perform excercises for physical fitness. There are excercise machines and various equipment for weight training but also other excercises.
