Powers and Abilities:
- Power Stryker has the power of superhuman speed, which allows him to up to 250 mph. He can also do other activities with his speed, such as read a 900 page book in 10 seconds. He is in excellent shape from his training of being a soldier, but other than that his strength nothing worth noting. However if were to use his power constantly, he would die from putting too much strain to his body. So he would have to limit himself on how fast he can really go.
- Phasing:he is able to control the vibration of his molecules to a level where he could vibrate through solid objects. This works by place a hand on the object and making it vibrating until he is able to literally go through them. However he cannot go through objects that has a large density, such as going through the Earth's crust, or going through a mountain. (i.e Walking through a wall.)
- Regeneration :Allows him to heal mortal wounds using the speed force. Depending on the wound it can go from a quick heal (cut or bruise) or something that could take minutes to heal (a large gash or hole somewhere) However if it was a large wound, like decapitation, then it would be really hard for it to heal, or he would need substantial amount of time for it heal .

Without his armor, he usually his normal attire. He tries to go along with the time right now with his clothing so he could fit in. As a warrior, he is muscular built with a height close to 6 ft. He has middle long brown hair, and an eye patch, as he lost an eye in a battle. He wears a blue suit most of the time, and tends not to carry his sword anywhere with him, now that he's in the modern time.

Personality:
Stryker tends to be a cocky arrogant person at first. He's someone who doesn't stop until the job is finished and is confident in his abilities. He can be ruthless, and doesn't take into other people's emotions into consideration. Before each fight, he tends to analysis the situation and determine the best course of action to take. There are moments, however, where he shows the lighter side of him. He respects the people who is on his side of the cause, and is willing to help others in need if it's for the right reason. Other than that, he will be cold towards others and won't hold back.
History:
Igarashi was one of the few earliest known mutants to exist on Earth. He discovered his mutant powers one day, when he was in the middle of a battle, and a horde of foot soldiers charged at him. Seeing them, as nothing but maggots he ran towards them with two swords in his hands. It was then when he noticed his speed was increasing exponentially. With a blink of the eye, the horde was dispatched just like that. Seeing this new found ability was useful, he used this advantage and took care of the entire army. Because of this feat, he was promoted to general of the entire army. From that point on, he moved from stronghold to stronghold, fort to fort, and one by one he captured every last one with ease. After conquering almost the entire country, he was left to face one island up to the north. The island's cold weather caught his men off guard as they were not prepared for it, yet Igarashi was determined to complete his conquest and urged his men to move forward. They were still able to capture the first few strongholds and forts, until finally they reach the castle that was guarded by the warlord who defended this land. Seeing how he got this far, Igarashi charged towards the warlord, using his super speed and attempted to slash him. Yet, this warlord had his own powers, as he created a large ice wall in front of him to slow down the incoming attack. Shocked by this revelation that someone else had powers, he continued his pursuit on him. He figured his super speed was no match to this ice power and his easily dodged his defense wall. Finally he got close enough to slash him across the chest and finish him off. Seeing how he was finished he turned towards his men, and yelled in victory. However, what he didn't know is the warlord was still alive barely, as he used his ultimate attack and sacrificed himself and encased the castle into a block of ice, making Igarashi frozen in time.
Now 400 years later, he was finally discovered when a doombot detected signs of life close by. Immediately, he was dug out and was taken to a transporter where he was sent to an underground laboratory. He unconscious for the entire trip and didn't wake up until 3 days later. When he first woke up, he noticed very strange machinery around him as well strange men in armor doing several test on him. Confused and dazed, he slowly got up and asked what was going on. His English wasn't that very good, as the strange men had a hard time understanding what he was saying. Finally a different man, similar to the rest of them but looked as if he was the leader approached. He spoke Japanese to him, and introduced himself as Dr. Vlad von Doom. Asking what was going on, Dr.Doom explained what has happened in the past 400 years. After the long explanation, Igarashi understood what was going but was curious why he was in this place. Again Dr.Doom manipulated him by telling him his plan of recruiting mutants like him to his army and uses them to take over the U.S government and turn the land into a new Latveria. After pondering about this, he decided to join his cause since Dr.Doom did save him from the ice. Delighted to hear that Igarashi would help him, he immediately began to upgrade his equipment as well as help him learn English. Igarashi was told to enter a pod, where it connected to his brain transfer everything that was related to the English language into his brain. After the hour long process, he came out of the pod and began to speak perfect English. Next Dr.Doom gave Igarashi a new suit of armor suitable for him. It was something he made that had compartments to hold his 6 six swords, and gloves that allowed him to hold 3 swords between each finger in his hand with ease. He explained that by a push of button on a custom belt, he armor would form around in second, making ready for a fight.
Now that Igarashi was set with his equipment, Dr.Doom gave him the name Stryker as it would be easier to memorize than he real name. He explained to Stryker what his objective was and that he must join the Division in order to for his plan to work. His jobs was to become a double agent and work for the Division where he would follow their orders and search for mutants, but rather search these mutants for the government, he would recruit them to Dr.Doom's group where he would be one step closer to his dream of a new country.
