Powers and Abilities:

• Luck: Fortune is a mutant with the ability to subliminally and psionically initiate random telekinetic acts that affect probability in his favor by making improbable (but not impossible) things to occur within his line of sight, thus causing him to have "good luck" and his opponents to have "bad luck." This phenomenon can be anything from an enemy's equipment failure to hitting just the right switch with a stray shot to shut down an overloading nuclear reactor. The full extent of his powers is still unknown.
  
  • Lucky Day: Fortunes is able to use telekinesis in his favor, though only subconsciously. This unconsciously controlled talent is triggered when he is in a stressful situation (such as fighting or escaping). This effect constantly emanates from his body at all times and is completely subconscious. However, it is also largely participatory - in order for the luck to take effect, Fortune himself must engage in an action whose chance he can affect. He cannot consciously control his ability, Fortune can only activate it by putting himself in a position in which he could be harmed.
    
    For example, if debris falling from the sky was about to hit him in the head, he would still be hurt if he stood still. However, if he tried to avoid them, he would move perfectly to avoid each and every piece about to hit him. In addition if Fortune where to stand before a hail of bullets he would be a bullet-ridden corpse. Instead, he must take action; in attempting to avoid the gunfire, he will miraculously bob and weave just right to avoid every single shot.
    
    As a byproduct of his probability abilities, Fortune's cerebral cortex emits a current of bio-electric pulses down his spine to instinctively guide his movements during such situations, which has the added effect of augmenting his natural reflexes and agility to near-superhuman levels.
    
    
  • Enhanced Agility: Due to the nature of his telekinetic powers, his agility is greatly improved. When he needs to contort his body in awkward ways to make a dodge, his natural actions are further improved by his telekinesis. This allows him to move better, jump higher, and the like.
    
    
  • Enhanced Reflexes: Fortune's reflexes are also improved upon by his powers. His body is able to move much faster and much more accurately due to the fact that he can react to something as soon as his mind senses it. He does not need to take any time to think of the most efficient counter, but his body will automatically activate it.
    

Appearance:

Skin almost pitch white, black eye's and yellow iris's. Dresses in suburban punk clothing - Often with hole's included in them. His body riddled with small scar's here and there, including the one going across his forehead. He looks very menacing.

Personality:

It's hard to peg a personality on him, He can be quite a sadistic bastard to people who piss him off enough... But, he does have a kinder side... Although, often hidden from other's. He had spent his entire life getting abused and beat for what he was after all, He did not like to show weakness. As far as his memory can tell, no human had ever been kind to him so he was never nice to them... But, to fellow mutant's he would often give enough chance's to back off from fighing him, odd's were always in his favor of winning after all.

History:

New York, The center of the world for North America. It's here where even the buildings are as tall as the sky. People's ego's was even taller...except some. Some of them were feared, hated, often enough even killed. And that was where Gabriel fit in. He was one of many unfortunate mutants to not look like a normal human. With other mutants, some looked perfectly normal and could blend in he could not.

At the time it was hard for any mutant, especially those who gave birth to them. When he was about 8, His parents had enough with the constant broken windows and spray painted window's all calling him a freak... They had simply left him at a orphanage and vanished... Within two years of staying there, he was beat - made fun of constantly... So he simply ran away.

It wasn't until the age of 13 that his power's started to actually surface, however the year's between when he ran and when he gained his powers changed him. He had no longer been a person to simply take this abuse, he started fighting back. He joined up a small gang, although he was an outcast he had respect for anyone with brains not to screw with him. However, he got into a fight with the gang leader. Which resulted in a scar ran across his forehead from where the gang leader nearly killed Gabriel with a bat, which luckily had not killed him...

It was then, that his power started to emerged - factoring in small little thing's such as avoiding object's, dodging punches... then started to effect other thing's such as betting, gambling... At first it was less a sure thing but as he started to focus more on it, he got better... In fact, since those day's of being completely broke - He had built quite a large bank. It did not matter what you looked like if you had the money, that was when a person appeared before him... Promising something he had wanted all his life, to make the pathetic human's pay for what they did. He was raised being beaten and made fun of, for simply being far superior then the people around him.
