Powers and Abilities:

• Technopathy - Max has the ability to infiltrate machines, manipulate machines, analyze their date as well memorize any analyzed data he extracts. In other words, anything with a computer chip is at the grasp of his mind. Considering technology has become quite advanced, one could say he has the brain of the future.
  
  
  • Digital Mind: With the ability to communicate with advanced machines, comes the mutation that his brain has become more machine than human. His brain can hold as much information as he can handle, similar to a computer hard drive and can assimilate any data his mind comes into contact with. He can compute at the speed of a supercomputer, constantly working the world out in a long, never ending mental process of 0's and 1's. Considering his brain is like a computer, he can actually block access to his mind via a password.
    
    
  • Technoforming: Max can integrate both his mind and body with machines, basically reforming and fusing with the machine in question. So if he were to bond with say, a helicopter, he could break it down to its most simplest parts and upgrade his own body with its components, say by creating armor and adding its weapons onto it. Or even if he were to bond with a super computer, he could easily boost the capabilities of his other powers, although most upgrades he makes to himself work only temporarily due to him not having a power source for such things other than the normal chemical energy his body produces by metabolism.
    
    
  • Digital Sight: By accessing nearby computers, he can first of all create a three-dimensional map within his mind of the general area with real-time updates of others' locations by tracking heat signatures via reforming the software to track such. Secondly, he can use that same technology to figure out the vitals of those within this sensory bubble of his, which would appear in his head almost like a heads-up-display from a video game. This sight would appear on top of his normal sight, almost indistinguishable from his normal sight considering he can process information so quickly. However, this requires quite the amount of concentration, meaning using his other sub skills at the same would be extremely strenuous if not nearly impossible. The range is determined upon how much concentration he puts into it. However, his maximum range with this is a mile and that's at full concentration level.

Appearance:

Maximus stands at a relatively average height for his age, although he claims he's lacking in height regardless of the statistics. Either way, he retains a fairly athletic body, having a nice lean body with fairly noticeable muscles. If anything, he has a swimmer's body. Lean, slightly lanky, yet toned all the same. With a full head of blond hair and green eyes, he appears to be your typical looking blond. Hell, some would even say he's his sister's twin at times, despite the fact that they are almost a year apart. His hair varies in length, sometimes letting it grow to his shoulders, which requires him to put it in a small pony tail. Either way, his hair is fairly well-groomed and he attests that it is his best physical feature.

As for clothing, he's actually quite plain. After all, it's not the clothes that make the mutant, it's the mutant that makes the clothes seem badass. He'll tend to wear a plain, white collared shirt along with a blue tie. And for pants, a pair of dark blue shorts is easily enough coverage for him. A pair of white, brand name sneakers and there you go. He'll often wear a black hoody over his shirt, constantly wearing the hood up as to hide himself from the crowds.

He actually has a thing against clothes, so find him nude in the most awkward places and times is also a fortunate possibility.

Personality:

Max is more or less an intellectual at heart. He's somewhat of a free spirit, constantly going with the flow in new situations merely to find out the outcome. That's what interests him the most, the unpredictable nature of life. In other words, he likes creating complex situations for himself, only because he won't know the outcome of it. He'll do whatever it takes to see something through, regardless of the consequences of it all. In those regards, it's easy to see why he would have no qualms with dealing in homosexual affairs, both due to his inquisitive nature and his endless search of interesting situations.

The young technopath isn't exactly the best of people, nor is he the worst. He tends to approach things from a more logical aspect, always rationalizing things to the utmost. Therefore, he sees no problem with doing certain things in order to produce the desired result. In that sense, you could say he's a ruthless boy. He'd do what he must in order to make sure everything goes according to plan, even killing another.

His view on love is fairly magical, believing that only one human can be paired up with another for all eternity. Even with his memories of the death of his mother, he continues to believe in such a faded ideology.

As for his overall demeanor, well...it could be better. He's not easily won over by the words of others, finding it a more rational decision to disbelieve them. He isn't an unpleasant or mean individual, but rather...just not inviting. His ego precedes him, covering him in a constant aura of smugness as he looks down on others. But this little ego doesn't stop him from being outwardly polite, not as the headmaster's son. Though, he's also known for being quite the smart ass as well.

The key to his heart belongs to his sister, the person who knows him best. His life is devoted to both protecting her and everything that she deems important. After all, their father is too absorbed in his work to ever truly care for her needs.

But don't be fooled by his cool head, unwavering confidence and unyielding vigilence, he isn't exactly as distant as he would likr to seem.

History:

Maximus is the son of Professor Thomas Xavier and Samantha Herrington. From birth, his life has been unordinary. Unlike a majority of other humans, he wasn't born from live birth, but rather hatched from an egg which his mother had laid. In addition, the gestation period alone was very short. Although the details of his birth were somewhat strange, the fact remained that he had a loving family regardless. And less than a year later, their family would grow again with the birth of his baby sister.

Growing up, he had always been told to watch out for his sister, to protect her from all harm like a good brother should. It was drilled into his mind that doing such would be the only correct thing to in regards to her. To anyone, they would seem like the perfect, normal family, yet that was far from the truth. While Elizabeth inherited the powers of their mother, Max was granted abilities more akin to their father yet much different all the same. It made them...strange....it made them freaks.

Being as he was a technopath, he could delve into machines and contact his mind to many other machines at once. Information was always at his fingertips, always being absorbed by his mind. Even information of the hatred that normal humans had for them, he knew it all. With that said, he was a sort of genius child who took pride in everyrhing he did yet hid apart of himself from normal children all the same.

And for a while, life was good. It wasn't until his mother died where he changed. Life was all black and white, so simple. There were humans and there mutants. And both sides hated one another, that's all he had to know. Of course things were more complex than that and he understood the complexity of it all, for the most part. Yet he couldn't help but to feel a bit...guilty for his mother's death.

So, he continued to go to school with the "normies", only to avoid the awkwardness of being with his father all day. Although he was focused on his sister's health, he knew he couldn't do more to protect her than for her to be near their father. And so, he would witness the breakdown of human and mutant relations firsthand, in the streets of the city. It was disgusting, it was cruel and yet he lived among the normal ones because of the nature of his abilities.

He resented those in power, resented those who weren't. Things were just too....stirred up for his liking. And so he took that opportunity to be schooled by his father at the school he started up. Not just to be closer to his sister, his lover but to help the movement his father was starting. After all, he wanted the world to be a place where no more pain had to be endured. A place where no one was murdered out of pure ignorance and disrespect of people's differences. A place where he and Elizabeth could live the rest of their days out tpgether in peace. Wasn't a peaceful world something all children deserved?

For that, he'd do anything, even if it means disobeying the will of his father.
