Powers and Abilities:

• Power Sailor Mercury can fire bubbles which pop and surround the foe in a mist which blocks their vision. Usually it should be used when she's fighting with a partner as it's not very effective but it makes a great escape move. This attack was improved and now damages the foe with ice bubbles. Sailor Mercury can also fire jets of water at the foe using "Mercury aqua rhapsody" and "Mercury shine aqua illusion." Mercury's powers revolve around water and sometimes ice.

Appearance:

Ami has very light skin. She has dark blue hair which isn't very long as it doesn't touch her shoulders. Ami has large blue eyes that sometime are covered by her scanner which deticts weather an enemy is an illuison or not. Her dominant color was blue (tiara gem, earrings, choker, collar, center of front bow, elbow fittings of gloves, skirt, and boots) and her accent color was light blue (bows). Her earrings were small blue studs (which she could press to turn on her special visor), her collar had two white stripes, and her boots were the same knee-high style as Sailor Moon's, but in a blue color and without a symbol attached to them.

Personality:

Ami is an extremely intelligent girl with an IQ of 300. Although people see her with a mix of awe and distate misinterpreting her inherent shyness as snobbery, and so she tends to have a difficult time making new friends. Ami is depicted as sweet, gentle, and loyal, as well as slightly insecure. She needs to relax sometimes and is very studious and conscientious. Much of Ami's free time is spent studying. She loves to read, and dreams aloud of one day being a doctor like her mother. Ami has great appreciation for art as well as science, and, contrary to the usual depiction of a bookworm, even enjoys pop culture and romance novels (though she is usually embarrassed to admit it).

History: Before Sailor Moon and her moon cat Luna had found Ami she was just a stick in the mud who didn't have any friends. School was the only thing Ami ever really cared about and constantly studied to be the best she could at it so she could become a doctor like her mom. She always relied on the apporval of her mother, teachers, and friends but as time passed she learned to be more confident in herself. When Sailor Moon came in and she gained her powers she finally made a real best friend. It wasn't actually Sailor Moon reall that gave her powers, it was Sailor Moon's cat Luna whom gave her the Mercury wand which turns her into her superhero form known as Sailor Mercury.

After befriending Sailor Moon they found that only having the two of them was hard to take down Queen Beryl so they went out in search for Mars and Jupiter which they were sucessful in. After Mercury came Mars who was very spiritual and appeared to have psychic powers and vissions of the future which turned out grim. After Mars they had discovered Jupiter whom was quit the tall and muscular girl who was sometimes independant. Time passed and then Sailor Venus had entered the picture, she was kinda bossy at first but then she became a close ally and more of the leader of the team.

You need to describe these powers thoroughly just as you did with the main Hydrokinesis.

The Main Hydrokinesis... Hydrokinesis does not involve Pyrokinesis in any way, but I can see you said that there is fire involved with your Hydrokinesis. You cannot have Pyrokinesis and Hydrokinesis unless you can figure out a way to connect them together (Besides being a -kinesis ability), or explaining how the Hydrokinesis creates the fire. The same goes with your "ice" bubbles. Ice is more connected to water than fire, so you might be able to pull that one off if you explain it better.
