Blood Type: AB Negative

Hometown: Las Vegas, Nevada
Nationality: Israeli [Currently American]
Power Category:Technopathy
Mutant Level: Omega
Powers and Abilities:
- Technological Manipulation As many and most technopaths Rekcah has an amazing control over the technological wonders around him. Naturally, this enables him to control and manipulate them on a set scale. The weakness? This doesn't grant him an immense knowledge of any form of technology. As such if the technology in use is human, alien, or simply foreign, there's a chance that Rekcah will not be able to understand it or what it does. Yet manipulating it is still within his realm of doablity.
- Technological Informative Assimilation Program Default: This is a skill used to either drain a technological program of all it's knowledge, or simply to gain a piece of information. Rekcah places his hand towards the object in question and is capable of obtaining the information stored on the device and only that is stored onto the device and maintaining it in his mind for as long as he sees fit. This information becomes his and is permanently apart of him. Requires a distance of 5 meters or less.
- Technological Interaction Takeover Program Restart: A power which allows Rekcah to permenately rewrite the coding on any technological based material and forces it to follow Rekcah's will. The issue with this is that it doesn't allow the piece of technology to go beyond it's standard programming. Meaning even if he were to hack a high tech toaster it's only commands would be "Make toast". Works best on more advanced pieces of technology. It can be used to disable technology as well.
- Technological Interference: Having the ability to literally cause for the most simplistic piece of technology to malfunctioning using his mutant powers. This only is possible so long as he can actually tract the techology itself. He can effectively break it apart, or simply cause for it to have serious problems.
Appearance:
Rekcah tends to wear standard suits and ties to accommodate his social standing as a whole. As a businessman, he's rarely seen without some form of fancy attire or beautiful thick leather jacket to which he can show off his overall wealth. For the most part, all his suits and designs are simplistic as a whole.
He doesn't have any form of a 'mutant attire' for when he's working and when he's not. Due to the nature of his standard attire, more or less he either places on his jacket, or removes it depending on what the situation calls for when he's entering into battle using his brotherhood.
Personality:There is truth to be said in the world of man. What Rekcah wouldn't say, Stephen Eisenhardt could best understand.
Unlike most men in his position, Stephen harbors no ill will against the homo-sapiens beneath him. As a matter of fact, he doesn't want them all whipped out from the face of the earth as many of his brother's would have you believe. The fact of the matter is, he wants to give them the same treatment they once tried to give him. Though the preferred method would be to lock them away or have them become the slaves that they intended for him and his powers to become.
The wars and past of man and their creations have taken a toll on Stephen. Due to the information he has gained and developed over the years, his emotions are often coated in words and actions more derived for a machine. He'll do anything so long as it fuels his ambition and the idea of 'holding back' isn't something he can longer entertain. In a sense, Stephen is entirely focused on logic and his ambition.
As a man with a clean cut way of looking at he world due to his near finite knowledge with technology and from technological material, he's very straight forward. When it comes to the Brotherhood, it's a military power. He deals with it as such, and anyone who isn't capable of keeping up with his strict standards is punished accordingly. By no means does he kill mutants who follow him... he does however make it fairly hard for them to continue defying him in any form.
History:Stephen Eisenhardt was born into the union of two Isreali immigrants in the state of Nevada. Both were fairly poor, and never managed to make much of themselves throughout their lives. His mother and father had taken up low paying jobs under the pretense that there would be a chance for them to shape a better life for their child.
Unlike many children, Stephen's mutation was not restricted to puberty. When he was at the age of four, he manifested his powers in the form of digitally rearranging the information upon nearly any electronic surface that he came in contact with. His parents, confused by this development, took it upon themselves to have their child healed by faith.
When given the chance they flew the child to their homeland and believed that he could be 'cleansed' of whatever was afflicting him by removing nearly any form of technology from around him. Unfortunately, you cannot fix something that isn't broken. A fact that was confirmed for the young Mutant when he became old enough to understand just what was going on.
At the age of eight, he had been taken to live with his aunt and uncle, during which time his uncle learned that he was quite gifted. He could fix nearly any electronic device that had been broken within a matter of seconds when given the time. A fact which he would capitalize on greatly.
Using the powers of the young boy, his uncle began to repair and retrieve high end technological wonders so that he could sell them at high prices. When that began to boom? He too the young man out and had him craft newly designed material so that he could come up with some rather fancy items as a whole.
During this time, he was being home schooled and the young Stephen Eisenhardt had begun developing information about what he was. By now, he was roughly fourteen years of age, and had several PHD's and documents cited just how intelligent he was. Unfortunately this was due to his ability to literally assimilate information from technological based material and use it accordingly.
Having been 'cured' of his illness in the form of mastery, Stephen was allowed to return home. Only to have been informed that his father had passed away due to illnesses related to unsettling work environments, and his mother wasn't fairing any better.
Having come to understand just how painful the world of man was, Stephen took a much darker approach to the city of Las Vegas. Using his powers the now 16 year old man abused every slot machine, took over every system, and cheated every stock trade he could until he had gained the money he had been looking for. He had gained such an immense wealth and hidden it so well that there wasn't anything that stopped Stephen from having been noted as one of the greatest and richest men he'd known.
Unfortunately, when his uncle had fallen onto hard times he had spoke of his child's 'gift' and used it as a means to pay off his debts. The men whom had come looking for him decided it would be easiest to go through the family and friends of the twenty-two year old man known as Stephen. The managed to seriously harm his mother to the point of death, to which he was forced to take drastic measures.
He whipped all traces of existence of said people from every database he could find. Put out an APB on each of them, ruined the financial standings of each of them and their families and left them in ruin with a staggering amount of crimes, loans, and other shady business deals and connections linking to them.
It was then that he managed to make contact with a man known as 'James' who hid behind the guise of Magneto. Acting as the financial backer to the entire organization, the two of them crafted a Brotherhood of Mutants. With this, the two of them became two of the more infamous mutants throughout history.
