Powers and Abilities:
- Atmokenisis Alexis has the power of Atmokenisis, or Weather Manipulation which allows him to..well Manipulate the Weather surrounding him to a startling degree. He can summon winds capable of throwing heavy objects such as vehicles from their into the air, manipulate precipitation and humidity particles in succession to create thunder and lightning, freeze the area around him momentarily with no injuries to create sleet and snow storms, knock up a huge amount of dust to create blinding and grating sand storms, control all forms of precipitation, humidity and moisture at a molecular level, electromagnetic atmospheric phenomena, and has demonstrated excellent control over atmospheric pressure. He can incite all forms of meteorological tempests, such as tornadoes, thunderstorms, blizzards, and hurricanes, as well as mist. And can dissipate such weather to form clear skies at will.
Weaknesses: Being as Alexis has no form of superhuman durability and his powers lay almost entirely on offence he has no real defence other than to try and push the enemies and their attacks away. Therefor powers such as Superhuman durability and/or strength, fire manipulation, gravity manipulation, and basically anything that can allow a person to stop themselves from moving with the wind weakens Alexis significantly. Also, because his powers rely entirely on changing the weather of the planet around him and controlling it, if a person where to somehow change the weather patterns suddenly in a way such as inducing a rain or thunder storm with technology, he would most likely be severely injured from the fact his powers conduct usual weather, that is natural, and technology-induced weather straight for him. He can partly control natural weather to not hurt him or his allies, but he has no control over technology and thus this can be a huge dampener for him.
- Ecological Empathy: A subskill of Alexis'powers causes him to feel great pain and anguish should the earth befall certain things, for example a forest being destroyed by humans to build a mill or some ridiculous construction, or if the ocean is damaged in any way, he will know; As to this effect he has placed in a mile or so barrier around the entirety of the mansion created of rushing winds capable of blowing away any unwanted intruders; However, this barrier has a specific purpose, not to stop people from entering the mansion or kill them, put tracking any and every person or object that enters the mansions grounds. He cannot spread this power further, but he can remove the barrier instantly and replace it in another area; Though replacing it takes all of is energy, leaves him comatose for quite a while, and takes a great deal of time afterwards to make sure it is fully-working, so generally-speaking it's not used unless incredibly needed.
Flight: As a subskill of his manipulation of air-currents, Alexis is capable of manipulating said air currents to carry him on the top of gusts of wind, as well as doing so for numerous other comrades should he need to. In such a way he is capable of floating on thin in and flying as swiftly as those with natural flight powers, as well as doing so for anyone he deems worthy.
Weaknesses: The main weakness of this particular flight ability is actually quite obvious really; When surrounded by a large amount of wind even the spark of a lighter or a match throw at Alexis causes not only his wind-manipulation powers to instantly go ka-put, but also has the ability to easily set him on fire; And if he doesn't die from the burns, the shock will most likely kill him. Also, anything pertaining to stopping a person such as gravity manipulation and other such things can easily put a stop to this power.
Appearance:
Alexis stands around five feet and ten inches tall and weighs around one-hundred and thirty-five pouds or so. He has remarkably bright eyes which are known to show his emotion within each glance, each colored an odd mixture of green and sky-blue, somewhat signifying his powers of air and earth. His hair is generally a mop of collected platinum blonde hair which is always perfectly combed and gelled with a small incurved towards the left, where it is again rather perfectly combed and slicked into a tight parting.
His body is slightly muscular but in a natural, non gym-rat kind of way. His muscles are slender and quite lithe, and so his physical strength is only slightly more than an average, fully-grown males is. His features are pronounced and, dare I say it, very handsome, and his skin is a pastel white colour, essentuating his deep green eyes and his bright blonde hair.
His outfitof choice is almost always one of two things; For everything that is not a beach or some other heated holiday destination he will wear a fitted white shirt with a silver and gold hemline, black design buttons with a small emblem of the brotherhood logo upon each and a pair of black round-toe business shoes outfitted with a perfectly pressed and ironed black vest beneath which is a traditional white waistcoat. Each sleeved is held together by, of course, diamond cufflinks.
Personality:
To best describe Alexis in as short as possible would simply be a slightly cold, manipulative person who uses people to get his own ends met. But it's best we not do that, 'cus that's make him seem mean. Really, Alexis' entire reason for forming the Brotherhood and for fighting as he does is because of humanity as a whole abusing their power to destroy so much of the earth that he has been driven partly insane through his empathic connection to the earth and thus wishes to enact 'The Earth's revenge' as it were, against the human race. As such he believes that all humanity should be enslave under the hand of the mutant community, under his own leadership no less, to make perfectly sure that the earth should never return to the state it is currently in, when every moment of every day the earth cries out in pain from suffocation, burning of it's forest, flooding on it's lands and destruction of it's seas.
When dealing with those he deems worthy of calling a friend or ally he is a pleasant, attentive, charming and most of all kind person that is willing to go to great length to help them. However, should one be deemed as one who attempts to hurt the earth they shall be dealt with swiftly, violently and with extreme prejudice that has only been shown for obvious mass-purges.
Otherwise he is known to be a highly intelligent and cunning if intricate and difficult to retain person that generally keeps himself far away from others so as not to accidently force upon them his empathic pain and thus spread his 'disease' through more of the world that he holds so dear; Well, the mutant community as it is.
His intelligence is part of how he holds such power for a person so young. His intellect is at least genius-level, shown when Alexis graduated from high-school ages ten, and college at age thirteen, and finally receiving a degree in Atmospheric Science and Geology, as well as Hydrology and numerous other 'earth science's as age fifteen. This is the reason he has managed to gather such powerful allies and expand his once rag-tag band of criminals and mutants to a highly
sophisticated fighting force of powerful mutants specifically formed to 'recapture' the earth from it's evil captures.
Oh! Yes, I forgot to mention that, didn't I. He's stark-raving bonkors. Alexis portrays a perfectly calm and reserved exterior which usually never cracks unless, as usual, the earth is in danger or he is pushed to the brink by some drastic form of taunt or annoyance. Then, all hell breaks loose and he becomes a truly psychotic S.O.B that takes much joy in killing each and every person around him, comrades included, to 'feed' the earth their blood in payment to it. So, as I said, he's a nut-job.
History:From the moment Alexis was first born, they knew he was going to change the world. His parents were both extremely well-off people, his father a proficient internet softwares and technology mogul and his mother a fitness entrepreneur and owner of almost a thousand gyms worldwide. Both had amassed such a fortune they despite being famous for anything else had entrapped fans worldwide due to their good-looks, almost easy fortune and natural charisma. Within months of his birth the newly named Alexis Clinton Chamberlain had already began to form short bursts of semi-coherent speech, and by a year on he was walking and speaking perfectly with even a little cute accent. He seemed to have no need for things such as pre-school, and instead started primary school a few years already than the rest of the children around his fourth birthday.
His powers also seemed to develop rather early themselves; During his fifth birthday when Alexis' friend accidently fell onto his birthday cake, ruining most of the food in the ensuing screaming fit the other child had, an angry Alexis screamed for everyone to leave, and at that moment a thunderstorm seemed to sneak out out of an otherwise bright and cheery sun-filled day. Moments later, when his tantrum had finished, the entire storm was over and the weather was warm and breezy once more.
It didn't qutie strike anyone from the 'Mutants-Don't-Exist' community that Alexis grew up in that the boy who cried just before thunderstorms and tornado's hit and happened to be happy when the sky was bright and airy, or cold and distant when the skies shut off in grey and the entire gated community was covered in frost, sleet and snow. After a few years of these occurances they suddenly stopped altogether, it could rain when Alexis was happy and snow when he was frolicing outside.
He had already mastered his powers by the time he finished his college course which, despite being for students up to twenty years old, had been finished by the age of ten years old. By Alexis' twelth numerous odd and generally deadly things began to happen to his relatives, though only the particularly rich ones that would make sure Alexis procured all of their money upon their deaths. First a heavy storm hit in the middle of the autumn, killing his retired grandparents and being as it was a natural occurence and no foul-play could be found, all of the money was immediately inherited by Alexis'. Next, his two uncles and two aunts, one of each on each parents side were found killed by a freak flood while holidaying with the family in Hawaii.
Then the final part of Alexis' starting plot began, and shortly after in what was called 'Hurricane Season', a huge hurricane with gale-force winds appeared in the area surrounding his large mansion home. The entire place was destroyed, his parents and all the other residents were killed, and Alexis, who had been at his friends house at the time of the destruction was the only survivor. As was all part of his grand-plan, Alexis inherited his families entire fortune in all of it's extremity, which at that time was upwards of two hundred billion dollars.
Shortly after Alexis left England altogether and traveled to new York City where he bought a home in the guise of an elder sibling who never appeared in the press; Obviously, this was all a ploy, and after a few weeks he had already amassed a fighting-force capable of..well not much, because they were primarily mental cases, drug addicts and idiots with guns. So, to test his reach on humanity as a whole he began to attract attention of the mutant community by sending his 'army', in lue of a better word, to capture or at least lure those that wished fame, fortune and power above all else to the Chamberlain manor in the middle of one of New York's few forested areas in which was a massive home with hundreds of rooms, dozens of bedrooms and numerous servants from the outlying regions.
Having developed his powers at an early age a seperate power manifested itself from Alexis' young body shortly before his eighteenth birthday. He began to develop an odd ability which allowed him to 'speak' to and empathise with the earth itself, and so powerful was this ability that he slowly began to go mad through the stress of the constant pain and anguish the world felt day and night. Then, his plans changed. He wished not to gain as much money as he possibly could and buy his way to the top, instead he wished for only one thing; The complete and total domination of the human race under the more powerful and gifted mutants; With himself as rightful ruler, obviously

- Numerous dozen cars of different sizes and shapes, motorbikes, jet planes, trains, subs- Basically any form of vehicle a mutant overlord may need for world domination.
- Underground training and housing facility for the 'Younglings', that is mutants that are too young to actually join the brotherhood but are capture or willingly join the ground through whatever means. They are then enlisted as Younglings, as stated before, and trained to where they can become part of the main force. Still, they are loved and treated with much respect as children and mutants, not like cattle, and whilst the place is underground it is bright, airy and created to look just like a large outside garden.
