Powers and Abilities:

• Telepathic Illusions
  Raphael is capable of projecting mental images into peoples minds, forcing them to see what he wants them to see. This can range from simple objects to an entire city. He cannot control how people act, but while they are under the illusion the are unable to tell between the real and fake since all five senses are recreated in the illusion.
  
  • False Reality:
    The main ability, Raphael forces images into the targets mind. While the scale and quality are unlimited in scale, there are limitations. In order to cast his illusion, Raphael needs to meet his target's eyes. Once eye contact is made, he projects a telepathic probe that invades the enemy's mind. From there his telepathy manipulates the senses, causing the target to seewhat he wants them to. As such, he is limited to visual illusions for the time being. He can, however, use reflections such as windows and mirrors in order to cast his illusions, allowing for some level of creativity.
    
    His illusions are unrivaled in versatility, but they are vulnerable to interference. The usual interference is pain or exhaustion and will cause his illusions to deteriorate. Also in moments of extreme emotion, his illusions tend to blend together in unusual ways. His telepathic abilities are also disrupted by electromagnetic fields, other telepathy, and unusual brain waves. Physical shields like forcefields do not affect his telepathy and neither does radiation unless it physically affects Raphael.
    
    While the level of illusion is limited, Raphael is limited in other ways. He can only cast his illusions on a certain number of people,; one for each finger. Once that limit is reached, he must release all ten before he can cast illusions on another person. While casting illusions, all his mental barriers go down, allowing for even weak telepaths to assail him with relative ease.
    
  • Dream World:
    This is one ability Raphael has always been capable of but unable to control. While sleeping, Raphael's ability to project images becomes uncontrollable and much more potent. Anyone nearby, about ten meters, suddenly falls unconscious and is sucked into Raphael's dream. Raphael is unable to control people or the environment of the dream once it is created, but he can choose the dream is he concentrates just before falling asleep. Once done, this traps him and his target in the dream until he awakes.
    

Appearance:

Raphael is about average height for a man. His body is pretty lean and in relatively good shape, though not really muscular. In truth, his body is really limber and quite dextrous. He is famously talented with his fingers and is an accomplished musician, having performed piano for a few concerts.

Raphael has a stern face, the complete opposite of his personality. His eyes are squinty since as a kid he spent a lot of time in bright sunlight, but the amber color rivals the setting sun. The tired lines of his face reflect his lax personality and coupled with his slight frown he looks quite tired most of the time.
