Powers and Abilities:

• Telepathy
  Victor is a telepath of the first order as such he can do many things with his gift. The most known ability is telepathic communication with this he can communicate with other Xmen and students in the purpose of keeping the peace and taking steps to friendly coexistence between mutants and humans. The other ability is he can read mind and can project his mind into others former at a distance of five hundred miles for reason please read sub skill one.
  
  He can through telepathic ability create realist illusions and cause them to experience an event that not really happening. Victor with the ability can create a telepathic cloak that hides his presence and that of others from detection. He has ability to create a mental link with another person, once the link is made Victor, and the other person is connected for good. He has ability to conceal his own presence and those around him.
  
  Victor does this by making himself or the other people appear different them they normally do, this include clothing and anything else one would need to be disguised. Victor with this ability even make it that people believes that himself and other he used ability on where never there start with. Victor has the ability to control the thoughts and actions of others, for this mostly npcs well be effected and with permission can effect pc’s or if a plot or arc says it is ok.

This is also used to make time to seem to stop but in fact, he just temporally shut done the minds of others. Victor has ability to send blast that place large amount of information into the mind of the target. He has the power to alter the mind of others by share force of his own will.
  
  Victor has power to cause certain memory to be lost causing amnesia or remove all of them causing total amnesia in a person or a group of people. he has ability to erect a psionic shield in his mind and the minds of others that protects their minds from harm and intrusion. Victor has ability to project a bolt of psionic force that has no physical effect to the person but mentally affects them. The ability results in the person being in pain, going unconsciousness, going brain dead or if done strong enough or enough times to kill them this all depends on the mind of the target and the user of the ability.
  
  Victor has the ability to induce temporally mental or physical paralysis onto their victim. He is able to transfer his powers and his mind into another host he be somehow be killed. Victor can erase memories and mentally do surgery on the person to deaden or stimulate the pain and pleasure centers in the person’s brain. He has ability through his telepathy to sedate the person(s) and if the person or persons are unconscious, already he can keep them as such as long keeps telepathically sedating them.
  Victor has ability to increase the speed of neural signals in the person’s brain. This ability can rise powers of another mutant to unbelievable levels through this is only a temporary effect. He has the ability to insert what he calls psychic inhibitors into the minds of mutants that he believes a threat to his dream of mutant human coexistence. The ability prevents the mutant from using his powers until Victor removes the psychic inhibitor from their minds.
  
  He is able to project his astral form into the astral plane or the physical plane. Victor in astral form while on the physical plane he can travel vast distances, on the astral form create mentally objects, and manipulate the environment of the astral plane that he finds himself located in. Victor can astral communicate to others by his own will or by memories of others. Victor has the ability to detect the presence of a superhuman or a mutant from a distance that has increased please see subskill one for the new radius of the power. Victor has ability to swiftly process and store information, by mental transference.
  
  
  • Subskill one:
    Omnipathy : The ability omnipathy is an improved form of telepathy and has the same as his telepathic abilities with the exception that he can now use it on a planetary scale. Victor has the ability to trace where the subjects or objects are located. He is able to know the specifically location of the subjects or objects. Victor can this ability tell how a subject is progressing their power. He has an influential psychic compass that magnetically draws him to the direction of the subject.
    
    Victor can also create a mental map of the area preventing him from getting lost or being able to find an exit quickly. He can create very realist illusion of whatever he wishes and all of illusions are realistic and are intangible. He can create mazes be making large wall appear, project an illusion that uses mind of matter that makes subject believe something physically happening to them an example of this is making them believe they are drowning.
    
    Victor can create illusions that cause the subjects overlapping vision, which causes several negative symptoms. He can create an illusion that makes the subjects believe they are being killed repeatedly a side effect to this is the subject may lose their sanity. Victor can create illusions of the subjects worst fears appear in front of them. Victor can move fast enough that he can create afterimages of himself.
    
    
  • Subskill two:
    Haemokinesis:
    Victor has ability to mentally control manipulate and generate blood of himself or others. He can control blood in a psychokinetic fashion and affect a person motor skills allowing him to control them as if they are marionette. Victor uses his hands to force the subjects to mimic the movements. The subject are conscious and knows what happening but cannot resist what is happening to them.
    
    Victor through the subject’s blood can cause them to have one of following three different effects. The first one is he can cause the subject to be completely immobilize. The effect cause the subjects to become immobile and numb, causing them to be without sensation and movement. The subjects motor functions and muscle movement is unavailable and the subjects may freeze on the spot or just crumple onto the ground. The second effect is he can cause different degrees of pain in the subject’s body.
    
    Those immune to pain are immune to this power. The final effect is that he can cause the subjects to have a heart attack that can lead to death. He has enhanced strength, speed, stamina, and regeneration by using his own blood as a means to have this done. He has his strength to be able to lift with little difficulty from eight hundred to four thousand pounds. Victor has enhanced speed that allows him to run in the range of thirty six to sixty five mile per hour. Victor stamina allows him to keep peak exertion for several hours before fatigue starts to impair his performance.
    
    He also gains the ability to heal from near fatal wounds by regenerating at a cellular level within one hour’s time. Through touching or drinking blood, Victor can gain the powers of others for twenty-four hours before he has to touch or drink the same blood to gain power again. He also gains some aspects of vampirism cause of this he has the ability to see without light or with it through; he has a slight sensitivity to bright light. He has vampire fangs that also give him ability to bite with extremely strong jaws.
    
    Victor jaws are able to clamp onto nearly any subject or target, and able to resist deterioration. He is capable of resisting hits to the jaw with little to no damage as his jaws are for biting extremely tough surfaces. Victor senses are attuned to nearby activity. His ears can pick up every single sound and decipher layer upon layer of it. He can also pick up a conversation from a mile away in a busy city. Victor is able to see very clearly from incredible distance that a normal human cannot.
    
    He has the ability to detect specific smells and locate their origin. He can also tell if someone is lying to him by what hormones the subjects execrate. He possesses a significant higher than average IQ and creative talents. Victor has the ability to move his body with flexibility and coordination that is beyond the natural limits of the human body. Victor has the ability to live without supplies, resources, energy or other items required for an average human to survive for an infinite time. He is able to use his own or blood of others to create weapons for him to use. He has the ability that allows him to crystalize blood be it his own or others allowing him to make crystal weapons for him to use. Victor blood has a very special property that allows it to heal wounds of other subjects.
