RISE OF THE SENTINELS
A private research group has developed the first group of prototype Sentinels, massive robots capable of battling most mutants on an even playing field. Government officials are interested in using it to police and track mutants, thereby rendering Division almost obsolete. All three groups would be against this, but the Division would be obligated to defend it regardless.
The project started as the brainchild of Senator Joseph Nickel, an avid opponent against mutant delegation. He disagrees with the compromising ways of Division and supports various projects designed to replace them. Rumor has it he is tied with various shady corporations. He has shifted funding to Dynetech, a robotics corporation, and Ultear Synthetics, a lab specializing in rare artificial polymers. With those two groups working together they created several test robots but finally have settled on the finished design.
Since the last sign-up was a complete disaster, we'll be having open sign ups for any group. After a week I will divide you all into respective groups and figure out how to proceed. this way anyone can sign up and we can just get on with it.
