Blood Type: AB+

Ethnicity: White
Hometown: New York
Nationality: U.S.
Power Category: Bestiality

Powers and Abilities:
- Feline Physiology: Jill has many feline traits. Most notably her ears and tail. But other traits include Tapetum Lucidum, rough hooked tongue, frontal retractable claws, only four toes(no pinky), haw eyelid, Jacobson’s organ, rapidly beating heart(twice as fast as a human), an average body temperature of 101.5 degrees, and lastly a tail scent gland.
- Heightened Senses:
Tail- gives Jill exceptional balance, just like a cat she always lands on her feet
Ears- Heightened hearing.
Tapetum Lucidum- an extra layer of reflecting cells on the eyes which absorb light.
Hooked Tongue- Due the size, Jill’s tongue can remove the flesh from a human in about 10 licks, much like a lion(which can go through an entire human thigh in ten minuets using only its tongue)
Frontal Retractable Claws- Literally her fingernails, which are always pointed. They can actually extend to an extreme length, about 2 feet. But this requires special help because they are to off balance to carry. In there tinnier state they also help her climb.
Haw Eyelid- Though this third eyelid does not help anything. It is unlikely it would be seen unless Jill is sick.
Jacobson’s organ-an organ located on the roof of the mouth. It picks up smells much better than the nose and makes food seem to taste much stronger, seeing as the majority of flavor comes from how it smells when going into your mouth.
Rapidly Beating Heart- Beating twice as fast as a normal human also requires her to breathe about twice as much. Though the breaths are rather shallow.
Tail Scent Gland- Jill uses this to mark things she feels possessive about.- Agility: Jill moves with the grace and swiftness of a real cat. She also has heightened speed. No faster than most house cats, about 38mph.
- Minor Tissue Regeneration: Extending her claws to far causes Jill's fingers to tear apart. Healing is required to not bleed out during this process. Though unable to heal something truly severe, though with additional medical help she may be able to heal it up faster than someone normally would be able to.
Appearance:
Hair- Blond and long, usually braided into long pigtails that almost reach her knees.
Eyes- Blue at birth, currently yellow.
Tail and ear color- ears are black while the tail is black up to the tip where it is blonde.
Standard clothing- Skirts and tank tops. Usually in bright colors.
Super hero outfit- a yellow dress that hit’s above the knees It zips up the front with an abnormally large zipper. A hood is attached with additional attachments to accommodate her ears. Special gloves attach to the sleeves of the dress. They are also yellow and have small paw prints on the palm side of them. Four slits are in each glove to allow for Jill’s claws to extend out. The hood darkens her face, showing glints of her glowing cat eyes and teeth.
Personality:
Protective- Jill is EXTREEMLY protective over anything that she feels is “hers” from one of her cats to another person to even the simplest of items. She would quickly jump to anger upon catching someone touching something of hers without asking. But directly to complete rage if someone harms one of her cats.
Simple- Her decision process is very much so like that of a common house cat. Every problem has a simple, usually fast, answer. Tired? Take a nap. Afraid? Run away. Angry? Attack. Because of this it can take some time for Jill to befriend people. Since she does not think of the ways to work around any problems or issues. Or sometimes think of friendship to begin with.
Bigot- Due to being abandoned early in life. Jill has a dislike for most humans. Its not so severe that she would hate all of them. But has a mindset that most humans have some kind of flaw. Signs of kindness from humans do ease her dislike but also make her somewhat suspicious. Having seen how humans, a “dog catcher” for example, will act nice to a cat before trapping it in a cage.
Hyperactive- Jill often finds herself full of bursts of energy. During which time she will act rather ‘ADD’. Jumping, climbing, and running around.
Emotionally obvious- upon getting to know Jill people will quickly pick up on he subtle actions for emotions. Involving different ways of moving her tail and ears. As well as different levels of purring.
Negative traits- Sees greens as red and reds as green. Is often lazy, likes to nap. Will not drink direct tap water. May very well be addicted to catnip. Clearly ’suffers’ from ailurophilia(the love of cats).
History:It was apparent from birth, a premature one, that Jill was a mutant. Kind of obvious when born with a tail, ears, and tinny claws where her fingernails should be. The Neko’s (Neko means cat-girl or maybe cat-person) parents where not pleased. Especially the father who immediately disowned the child, claiming his wife must have cheated on him. Even more so when her eyes opened as a startling bright blue several days later, a gene in neither family line.
More concerning was the fact that she seemed to be deaf. Completely unresponsive to any noises. In this literally defenseless state she was left in a dumpster 3 weeks into life by a mother who felt the child had ruined her life and body, there was quite a bit of scaring during the birth. The child didn’t even cry because it could not hear its own sound. It had to be pure luck that a neurotic old woman was on her rounds of searching the streets for stray cats. To her the little Neko was like a miracle.
So it was that the kind, cat hoarding, old woman became the girls mother, giving her the name Jill. The woman seemed to be the perfect caretaker for a half cat. For instance she knew that the reason the Jill could not hear was because her ear canals had not opened yet, usually taking about nine days for a kitten. For the girl it took four weeks, one week in care of the old woman. Also like a kitten her eyes changed from blue, taking on a yellowish color. Life was not exactly simple this way. The old woman, later known as Marie, lived off a mix of retirement and Social Security. Which already fed ten indoor cats and more outdoor cats, free to come and go, than Jill could ever count. Marie was a retired teacher so her new child was home schooled, luck once again since there would have been no way to enroll her in a public school.
Growing up with so many cats Jill found herself to be enjoying her cat side more than her human side. She started fending for herself by catching small prey. It seemed unhealthy but her body didn’t seem to have any problems with it. Like any of the other cats. Jill would even follow her favorite cats out into the city. Going to favored spots and defending them from unkind humans. Though most of the time she spent at home, which in itself was a cat paradise.
But eventually the good times had to end. When she was around fifteen Marie died, simply of old age. Jill was smart enough to know that she would lose her home, all of the cats would, if the world found out. So a, cat attended, burial was held in the back yard, it was surely what she would have wanted. Jill installed cat doors in and out of the house, so that the cats could all fend for themselves since she clearly no longer could. And from then on she learned how to fend for herself. Which, due to her appearance hindering her from getting a job, was usually pick pocketing and stealing. Her agility made it easy to slip into peoples bags and pockets without being noticed. Jill actually met other mutants this way. Her features clearly pinning her as one.
One such mutant, a techno-path, helped Jill to create her gloves that would allow her to extend her claws to there full potential. It had been the boys attempt at convincing Jill to some team of mutants. But she knew that they where not truly good people. Once she had her gift Jill stayed clear of the people in his gang, memorizing there scent to alert her of there presence. The claw gloves of course lead to an eventual entire outfit. Which now allowed Jill to conceal her identity.
Oddities- Jill is registered as a Ragdoll breed of cat with the AKC, as a joke for her and Marie, she actually has certification and an animal I.D. paperwork. Has a hard time tasting sweet flavors. Allergic to aspirin, meaning no using the majority of household painkillers.
Inventory:
[/li][li] Claw gloves- Special gloves that allow Jill to correct the imbalance of her fully extended claws.
[/li][li] Cat nip- Smoking this, for Jill, has the same effects as marijuana on humans., though sometimes a bit more extreme if she is having one of her hyperactive moments. [/li][/ul][/blockquote]
